What’s Eligible for Return or Exchange
Handmade Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you may request a return or exchange.
Digital Downloads

Due to their nature, digital products (grimoire pages, guides, printables, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Programs & Courses

Single-Purchase Programs/Courses: Refund requests for online programs and courses must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period or if substantial content has been accessed/downloaded, refunds cannot be granted.

Live Workshops/Events: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. After this window, all sales are final unless the event is canceled by The Enchanted Moon Forest.
Subscriptions (Memberships, Monthly Content, etc.)

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.

Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the included content. After this period or with substantial content access, the subscription is non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent future billing.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at support@theenchantedmoonforest.com within the timeframes listed above. Include your order or subscription number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. -
Keep Items Unused and in Original Condition (if applicable):
Physical items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
What Happens Next

Once we receive your request and (if applicable) your returned item, we’ll review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your item or program was damaged, incorrect, or canceled by us, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full/partial refund—whichever best suits your situation.
