At The Enchanted Moon Forest, we take great care in preparing and shipping your magical treasures. Please read below for details on our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and what to expect when you order from us.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Physical Products: All orders are shipped using trusted carriers—USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, or UPS—to ensure reliable and trackable delivery. The carrier will be selected based on your order size, destination, and the best available service at the time of shipping.

  • Digital Products: Digital downloads (grimoire pages, guides, printables, etc.) are delivered instantly via email or direct download after payment—no shipping fees or wait times!

  • Shipping Materials: Candles are packed in sturdy boxes for protection; jewelry is placed in gift boxes and shipped in padded envelopes.

Processing Times

  • Handmade Items:

    • Candles: Please allow 1–3 business days for creation and preparation, as each candle is poured and blessed by hand.

    • Jewelry: Usually ships within 1–2 business days.

    • Custom or ritual kits: May require additional time; see product page for details.

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking when your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

    • For larger or custom orders, shipping rates may vary and will be provided during checkout or upon request.

  • Delivery Time Estimates:

    • US orders: Typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the chosen carrier and service.

    • International shipping: Available upon request; delivery times and rates vary by destination. Please contact us before ordering if you’re outside the US.

  • Tracking: All physical orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Once your package is with USPS, FedEx, or UPS, delivery times are out of our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@theenchantedmoonforest.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to find a magical solution—replacement, store credit, or refund.

International Shipping

  • We are happy to ship internationally! Please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
